HVSR statistical comparison

Hi mark, excuse me but I haveanother question. This question is about the tool Statistical comparison for HVSR for example: Frequency peak statistics: Reference: 0.16 0.18 0.19 Hz Test: 0.14 0.17 0.19 Hz F-Test (0.95): 0.526946 in [ 0.901066 , 0.947927 ] => NOT similar variances Student Test (0.95, ...

HVSR persistence of a signal with time

good Morning Mark

In geopsy I can evaluate the directionality of a signal with H/V Rotate and Spectrum Rotate plots, to see if a signal is natural or not.

Is it possible to have a plot of the persistence of a signal with time.
a plot with "time" on Y and amplitude/frequency on X (or viceversa)?

Lambda 40 and VS30

dear Marc in the linear FK toolbox in the tab "curve" there is an indication for the maximum wavelenght reach in the interpretation of dispersion curve. we can draw a line for a constant wavelenght. do you think that the iso-wavelenght line Lambda 40, could be used for the estimation of the VS30 as ...

Re: *.HV file from HV tool

thank you,

Now I understand what does it mean from SESAME 3rd poit of reliability
(σ A (f) = "standard deviation" of A H/V (f), σ A (f) is the factor by which the mean A H/V (f) curve should be multiplied or divided )

I try to use this information for excel spreadsheet
